From Grandma's Necklace
The Amber was given to me by Gabriella. She wanted something to secure the pieces as she had them threaded previously but not successfully! Somehow the threading that had been done previously had broken and she had actually lost some of these beads that use to belong to her grandmother and she treasured very much. After consultation I came up with this piece. The beading is done with knots in between each bead so that if a strand does break for some reason there will only be one bead missing and not the whole strand! But that will take a lot of effort and maybe a sharp blade to get through the silk thread!!
